Your child may be experiencing feelings of sadness, anger, anxiety, frustration and feel completely overwhelmed. I can teach your child/teenager how to regulate their emotions and strive forward positively.
I will help your child identify their emotions, understand their emotions and teach them the skills to manage them. We will discuss connecting their thoughts with their emotions. And if your child is feeling sad or angry towards others we will find solutions to manage these relationships.
Your child will leave feeling empowered, with a tool kit to draw upon as they embrace their life and what challenges life may bring them.
